Your purchase through TACITURNLI’s official online store is subject to the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The website www.taciturnli.com ("Site") is operated by TACITURNLI, a brand licensed by Jiasen Yunda Co., Ltd. ("we", "us" or "TACITURNLI"). All services on the Site are governed by these Terms.

· We may revise these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on the Site and take effect 7 days after posting, unless otherwise specified. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

3. Account Registration and Use
· To place orders, you may need to register an account with accurate information (name, contact details, etc.) and update it promptly.
· You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials (passwords, etc.). Notify us immediately of unauthorized use via global@taciturnli.com.
· We may suspend or terminate your account if: (1) you provide false information; (2) you violate these Terms; (3) your account is inactive for 12 consecutive months.
4. Orders
· An order is deemed accepted only when we send a confirmation email (containing order details). We reserve the right to reject orders (e.g., due to stock shortages).
· You may cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us. Once shipped, cancellations are subject to our return policy (Section 10).
5. Payment Methods
· We accept two primary payment methods: (1) PayPal: Supporting Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, American Express, and PayPal balance. (2) Shopify Payments: Supporting Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and local payment methods as displayed at checkout.
· Payment must be completed at checkout.
· Failed payments may result in order cancellation. Refunds for canceled/returned orders will be processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method.
6. Pricing and Taxes

· We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an error occurs, we will notify you to confirm whether to proceed at the correct price or cancel.
7. 14-Day Price Guarantee
If the price of your purchased product is reduced within 14 calendar days of delivery, contact us for a refund of the difference. Claims must be made within 14 days of the price drop.
8. Shipping and Delivery
· Coverage: We ship to Hong Kong (China), Taiwan (China), Macau (China), Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Turkey, UAE, UK, Ireland, France, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Austria, Germany, Czech Republic, Greece, Luxembourg, Hungary, Switzerland, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada.
· Fees: Free shipping for orders over US$500 (tax included); other orders are subject to shipping costs based on weight and destination.
· Import Duties: You are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes, payable upon delivery.
· Delivery Time: Estimated 5-20 business days (varies by destination). Delays due to customs or force majeure are not our responsibility.
9. Product Information
· Color Discrepancies: Images reflect actual colors, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings.
· Size Variations: Size charts are for reference; a 1-3% discrepancy may result from measuring methods.
· Limited Stock: We may restrict quantities per order. Over-limit orders may be canceled with full refunds.
10. Returns and Exchanges
· No Returns for Change of Mind: We do not accept returns/exchanges for reasons other than quality issues, unless required by local mandatory laws (e.g., 14-day cooling-off period in the EU, 7-day period in Japan). Local laws shall prevail.
· Quality Issues: To qualify for return/exchange: (1) The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery; (2) You notify us within 7 days of delivery (via global@taciturnli.com with order number); (3) The product is unused with original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
· Process: Approved returns will be refunded or exchanged within 7-14 business days after we receive the product. Return shipping costs for quality issues are borne by us.

· TACITURNLI’s failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
