Shipping and Delivery

(2) Fees: Free shipping for orders over US$500 (tax included); other orders are subject to shipping costs based on weight and destination. (3) Import Duties: You are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes, payable upon delivery. (4) Delivery Time: Estimated 5-20 business days (varies by destination). Delays due to customs or force majeure are not our responsibility.

Returns and Exchanges

(1) No Returns for Change of Mind: We do not accept returns/exchanges for reasons other than quality issues, unless required by local mandatory laws (e.g., 14-day cooling-off period in the EU, 7-day period in Japan). Local laws shall prevail.
