(2) Fees: Free shipping for orders over US$500 (tax included); other orders are subject to shipping costs based on weight and destination. Returns and Exchanges

(1) No Returns for Change of Mind: We do not accept returns/exchanges for reasons other than quality issues, unless required by local mandatory laws (e.g., 14-day cooling-off period in the EU, 7-day period in Japan).
