Shipping and Delivery

(1) Coverage: We ship to Hong Kong (China), Taiwan (China), Macau (China), Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Turkey, UAE, UK, Ireland, France, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Austria, Germany, Czech Republic, Greece, Luxembourg, Hungary, Switzerland, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, USA,Canada. (2) Fees: Free shipping for orders over US$500 (tax included); other orders are subject to shipping costs based on weight and destination. (3) Import Duties: You are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes, payable upon delivery. (4) Delivery Time: Estimated 5-20 business days (varies by destination). Delays due to customs or force majeure are not our responsibility.

Returns and Exchanges

(1) No Returns for Change of Mind: We do not accept returns/exchanges for reasons other than quality issues, unless required by local mandatory laws (e.g., 14-day cooling-off period in the EU, 7-day period in Japan). Local laws shall prevail. (2) Quality Issues: To qualify for return/exchange: #1 The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery; #2 You notify us within 7 days of delivery (via global@taciturnli.com with order number); #3 The product is unused with original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
